Olivar de Segura is a second grade co-operative, devoted exclusively to the production, sales and packaging of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with the Denomination of Origin (Vintage Guarantee) of Sierra de Segura. And also, Ecological non-intensively grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil, endorsed by the CAAE (Ecological Farming Committee of Andalucía).
